The usability of the user interface has been steadily increasing over the last years. The browser interface makes it easy to deploy and sets no unnecessary hurdles which helps with user acceptance. Greatest selling point for us is still the flexibility as you can easily model any fields and relationships to adapt the tool for different projects, customers and requirements. We are using the tool internally as well as for external projects for our customers and have created several different project templates to get the most value out of ReqSuite. Technical problems as well as questions regarding the use of the poweful modeling functionality are always answered and solved quickly by the friendly, compenent and always helpful customer support. **What do you dislike about reqSuite® rm?** The provided export functions have been good but limited in the past. The implications and restrictions of the different ways to export (e. g. "full export" or "selected export" to MS Excel) have not always been easy to understand. Especially the abilities to layout and customize the Excel export is still lacking. An easy to use but reliable way to create our own backups of the different repositories independent of provider has been on our wish list for some time. Osseno has already adressed these issuse in the past and is constantly working to improve the functionalities. User documentation has improved too but is limited to a broad overview with some helpful expamples. It is often easier to solve questions vie support or the regulare Q&A sessions. **What problems is reqSuite® rm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Central repository of our functional and onon-functional requirements to select databased Information Management Systems and Solutions for our customers Central repository to collect requirements for technical documentation from laws, regulations, directives and technical standards. ### 2. It's very easy to create baselines and compare and restore versions. **What do you dislike about reqSuite® rm?** Would like more flexible options for merging data into documents. Help documentation for integrations with external systems is sparse, but support is responsive. **What problems is reqSuite® rm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Large projects can have hundreds of requirements. ReqSuite lets you sort, filter, and view requirements multiple ways, which makes management much easier. ### 3. This was easily setup with the help of Osseno. Thanks to the "import from Excel", it was easy to fill an initial database. **What do you dislike about reqSuite® rm?** What I like least about this software is the documentation generation. I had some struggle before having an acceptable word-template. **What problems is reqSuite® rm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traceability. As projects become bigger, organizing requirements in a database is a great help.
