East to learn, difficult to use **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025 **What do you like best about PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS)?** EPS is a relatively easy program to learn, even as a pharmacy newbie. It is more intuitive than other programs I've used in another medical profession. **What do you dislike about PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS)?** EPS is insanely slow. Some days there are massive lulls in between each screen. Some days different buttons do not work, or random errors will pop up that fill the screen and offer no solution but to close, clean install, delete files and restart with a hope and a prayer. **What problems is PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not work in IT and am unable to assess what they are fixing. I have been with this company for 2+ years and have felt little improvement in this system. ### 2. It does have a function that allows you to group medication refills together, however single medications can get stuck in the ordering grouping queue with no reason for being in the queue. Allows a second address and area to create categories for patients, for example adding bubble packaging to a patients profile. **What do you dislike about PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS)?** The program is not very intuitive, it has a lot of queues and areas where ordered can get stuck, the order grouping queue does t even appear until a view button is clicked once in the tab. **Recommendations to others considering PDX Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS):** This is not an intuitive program, it has many functions but training is essential.
