I use PDQ Connect for remotely monitoring computers and deploying applications. Its interface is simple and easy to learn. The errors and feedback it provides are informative, which is really helpful. The deployment of the software and the agent management is mostly seamless. I also use PDQ Connect with other tools, and they all go hand in hand to make my organization work. With PDQ Connect, when a task fails, the feedback is less understandable compared to PDQ Deploy. I use PDQ Connect for deploying apps to agents' computers. I really like that PDQ is fast and reliable, showing the packages being deployed and the deployment time. I love that PDQ Connect has a great interface and is very simple and easy to use. It's fantastic how easy it is to categorize and find devices based on software, OS, brand, etc. I appreciate the vulnerability and patching features for easily finding vulnerable devices, and the integration of vulnerability management into the inventory management system, which makes it easy to find critical patches and push them out straight from PDQ Connect. It's extremely simple to create an automation to keep things up-to-date for software already managed by PDQ. The fact that it's a SaaS offering and significantly easier to manage is a big plus. I also value the ability to provide remote support to users without relying on VPN, and the initial setup was very easy, just downloading the required agent and pushing out the installer file with PDQ Inventory and Intune.
