"Effortless Device Management and Seamless Remote Support"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect allows flexibility in our environment because it's cloud-based, easy to use, and agent-based. As our fleet of devices became more mobile, it became clear that we needed a software solution that wasn't tied to our on-prem network. PDQ Connect allows use to easily support devices off site each and every day. Onboarding new technology support specialists is also a breeze due to the clean GUI. What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

It's possible that PDQ Connect could be costly for some larger companies, but at our smaller size, the price is right. We are excited for the Mac OS developments that they are working on, just haven't seen them work quite yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I like the built-in packages in PDQ Connect because they are very convenient. The remote support software built-in also stands out for me since it means we don't need additional software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

I think the remote management remoting into machines could be improved and streamlined. It seems a little clunky and it's not as good as some of their competitors. And I also think maybe better integrations with Azure, Intune, and stuff like that could be beneficial. The main hurdle during setup was just installing it on everything and then the dot net requirement. It would have been easier if that was built into the package instead of having to require it separately. Installing it itself tries to, but it never succeeded, which was always weird. "Effortless Deployment and Intuitive Web Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

The ability to touch systems without relying on the user to be connected to our network. The web interface is smooth and simple to navigate. I was able to custom packages in a matter of minutes to start deploying them. I use it everyday, all day. The remote desktop component means I can disable Microsoft RDP and still touch my machines. What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

The lack of information when a package fails is a little hard to work with. I'd like to see if that can be expanded into more than a Taskxxxxxx failed message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I truly appreciate not having to maintain another onsite server running a complex program like SCCM. PDQ is much more straightforward and simply gets the job done. I’m impressed by how quickly updates and software packages are delivered to endpoints—usually within seconds instead of hours. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Most importantly, whenever I have a question, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

My main concern with PDQ is more of a feature request than a problem. When I remote into a computer, I would prefer if the end user did not have the ability to abruptly terminate the connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Software Management and Effortless Troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I like PDQ Connect's single pane of glass dashboard for software and inventory management, as it provides ease of use when updating software versions. The quick acquisition of the agent within the dashboard is helpful for onboarding. I also enjoy the RDP capabilities for screen sharing and troubleshooting, which increase the speed at which we troubleshoot user issues and roll out software packages. The initial setup was pretty simple and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PDQ Connect: Streamlined Endpoint Management and Effortless Offboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect streamlines real‑world endpoint lifecycle management for us: we use it as a reliable command channel during Autopilot workflows (e.g., enabling printer installs), and we can perform clean device decommissioning by removing PDQ artifacts as part of a standardized offboarding checklist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

Forced agent/certificate rotations create avoidable disruption. The October 2025 certificate change required us to update all agents by a hard deadline; older agents risked breaking, which drove urgent coordination and extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speedy, Comprehensive Endpoint Management Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I like PDQ Connect for its comprehensive set of features and the large library of software packages. The speed of operation is impressive and was a key reason for choosing it over Intune for endpoint software management. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

I experience occasional delays in device scan updates or the admin console data not being up to date. I'm also looking forward to software package parity for macOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Cost-Effective Management Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I love the value of PDQ Connect, with its incredible capabilities for such a great price. I love that the interface is thoughtfully designed, and the UI/UX provides an easy and intuitive experience. I don't need to spend a lot of time learning the admin interface, which allows me to focus more on developing scripts and pushing updates. The initial setup is very easy, and I have been using PDQ Connect for 15 years at many different organizations, and it is always an extremely helpful and powerful tool. I love it. What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect could easily create and integrate more 'Inventory' features to track people, software, licensing, etc. Documentation could also be integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
