What do you like best about PDNob PDF Editor?

I honestly didn’t expect much at first, but PDNob PDF Editor turned out to be really good. The interface is super clean and easy to understand — I was able to edit and convert my PDFs right away without watching any tutorials.

The conversion accuracy is great — I’ve converted a lot of PDFs to Word and Excel, and the formatting stays mostly perfect. The OCR feature is also a big plus for me since I often deal with scanned documents. It recognizes text very accurately, even from not-so-clear scans.

I also like how light and fast it feels compared to some heavy PDF software I’ve used before. It just gets things done without crashing or lagging. Overall, it’s been a really pleasant surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDNob PDF Editor?

Nothing major, but there are a few small things. I wish there were more form-related tools, like creating fillable forms or adding e-signatures directly. Also, sometimes when I convert very complex PDFs (with lots of tables or graphics), the layout isn’t 100% perfect — though it’s still much better than most converters I’ve tried.

PDNob PDF Editor has really simplified how I deal with documents every day. I used to waste a lot of time switching between different tools just to edit, sign, or convert a PDF, but now I can do everything in one place.

The biggest help for me is the OCR and conversion features — I often receive scanned PDFs or reports that I need to edit, and PDNob makes that possible in just a few clicks. It saves me a ton of time and frustration.
