pdfs.build is a PDF template engine and rendering API for developers and teams that generate documents programmatically. Define a template once with dynamic variables, then POST JSON data to the API and get a pixel-perfect PDF back in milliseconds. Templates are designed in an AI chat editor with live preview, imported from an existing .docx, or built by your own AI agent over the hosted MCP server. Built on the Typst typesetting engine, so tables, page breaks, headers and footers and multi-page layouts behave the way print expects. Ships with an embeddable template editor you can drop into your own SaaS so your customers design their own invoices, reports, contracts and certificates, plus webhooks, a template gallery and SDKs. Free plan includes 50 renders and 50 AI design credits a month; paid plans start at $10 a month.
