It took me a while to understand the difference between a document and a template. At first I was sending a new document to every signer, until I realized the linktofill would allow me to get a download. It's not always easy to make changes to documents especially if you need to reuse the same link. I wish there were more options for fields - specifically a drop down multi-select option. I like that PDF filler is so customizable and makes it easy to create and configure the fields to my exact needs. What do you dislike about pdfFiller? It's not the most user-friendly platform up front and the steps to create and send a fillable PDF aren't super intuitive in my opinion. Prior to pdfFiller, we were sending all employee paperwork (offers, position changes, etc.) manually via email. I really value pdfFiller because it has made the process of sending my private practice forms so much smoother. I love the feature where I can send a fillable PDF straight to the family, which is much better than using paper. I've also created different packs of forms for different types of clients and customized those into PDFs. I use pdfFiller for school contracting too, and it makes signing and sending documents for signatures very easy. When I'm hiring employees, having a separate PDF filled with onboarding forms saves me from the mess of emails and printing. Overall, pdfFiller is very useful and time-saving because I can literally click a button and send documents off, and I love that completed documents come straight back to my email, making it easy to track and organize everything. I like that there are templates available which save me time by not having to search for forms outside of pdfFiller. It's helpful for quickly filling out forms like a W-9 before sending them off. Sometimes when I have created a fillable PDF document as a template of my own, it makes me have to assign each and every fillable area to the email manually. That's been a little bit of a hassle for me. I would really appreciate if there was just one button that I can use to assign all assigned areas to one email. I like being able to create contacts that we send estimates to regularly. pdfFiller has a very user-friendly interface and makes editing documents a breeze. Having the ability to auto-send docs to other members of my team once a customer has signed is essential for our organization. With pdfFiller, I can create forms from scratch and edit templates, which was a key reason for switching from DocuSign. I do wish that I could send a notification to the designer that the documents have been sent to their customer. I find that sometimes when I am adding text input boxes that I am having to resize them, but that is minor. I also would like the option for Canadian content such as Postal Code and CDN phone numbers. I would like the ability to rearrange the sidebar menu to suit me and what I utilize most. I really like the merge document feature in pdfFiller. I often have to merge multiple documents into one. I'm able to quickly upload the documents, shuffle them around, reorganize them, and then quickly download them as one complete PDF file to my computer. I like using the features where I can upload a document and rename it directly in the program, and then save it to my desktop. It's very helpful that it stores completed documents so I can access them again. I also find the access very smooth; it's easy to log in directly with my Gmail or work account and start using it. Even though they say they go through on the pdfFiller side, probably 40% of the time, the recipient says they did not receive it or the fax failed. And I get a notice of the fax failed. I guess most recently, there was a PDF file that broke up into six quadrants, instead of me being able to type text into a text box.
