I like it because I'm able to share the documents with team members, fill out and sign PDFs as needed, and even occasionally send a fax. I like being able to edit PDFs, add my own signature to a document, and create templates. I use the same forms multiple times daily, and having them fillable or pre-filled reduces a lot of administrative time. It's extremely easy to set up pdfFiller. Even though they say they go through on the pdfFiller side, probably 40% of the time, the recipient says they did not receive it or the fax failed. And I get a notice of the fax failed. I love how pdfFiller makes faxing and editing documents easy and user-friendly. It's seamless to fax or email documents fast and efficiently. I also find it easy to locate documents I've worked on, and it keeps them safe. I appreciate that I don't need any additional tools or software with pdfFiller. The initial setup was easy and fast, without any issues. We've been using it for the longest time without any issues, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10. I like the user interface of pdfFiller, which I find pretty intuitive. It’s also cheaper than Adobe products like Adobe Plus or Adobe Editor, which is great for my basic needs. I guess most recently, there was a PDF file that broke up into six quadrants, instead of me being able to type text into a text box. I use pdfFiller for work to edit documents manually, which is great because I can click on a line and have the font and color match exactly. I really like being able to edit documents so that the font and color match perfectly. Merging documents is a nice feature, and I appreciate being able to use the Esign option without any extra cost. Sometimes if I click on text it will change the font and I can't figure out how to change it to the rest of what is on the page. Also, if the box is bigger than the text it will leave a blank spot out of the field.
