The price is super affordable, I paid $92 for the full year and I use it probably twice a week. It saves me so much time by eliminating the need to get in-person signatures from my clients and families (I have 12 clients with varying schedules so it's tough to track everyone down by deadlines) . I also enjoy the time stamps feature, which is important as I work in the medical field with HIPAA regulations; it helps me show exactly when something was signed and reviewed. I find pdfFiller really helpful for creating and modifying PDFs, which is usually very challenging unless you have Adobe or something similar. pdfFiller makes it really easy to merge documents, fax, and get signatures. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use, with all options being very accessible and user-friendly. I really value pdfFiller because it has made the process of sending my private practice forms so much smoother. I love the feature where I can send a fillable PDF straight to the family, which is much better than using paper. I've also created different packs of forms for different types of clients and customized those into PDFs. I use pdfFiller for school contracting too, and it makes signing and sending documents for signatures very easy. When I'm hiring employees, having a separate PDF filled with onboarding forms saves me from the mess of emails and printing. Overall, pdfFiller is very useful and time-saving because I can literally click a button and send documents off, and I love that completed documents come straight back to my email, making it easy to track and organize everything. I like that there are templates available which save me time by not having to search for forms outside of pdfFiller. It's helpful for quickly filling out forms like a W-9 before sending them off. Sometimes when I have created a fillable PDF document as a template of my own, it makes me have to assign each and every fillable area to the email manually. That's been a little bit of a hassle for me. I would really appreciate if there was just one button that I can use to assign all assigned areas to one email. Another thing I appreciate is how simple the tools are. I can add text, highlight, or even upload my signature without it feeling confusing or overwhelming. It’s straightforward and doesn’t take much time to figure out. The most helpful feature is being able to fill out and sign forms electronically. Paywall on basic or expected features I’ve noticed that essential functions (such as downloading files or completing certain edits) are locked behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive. 3. Performance issues with large or complex files When I work with large PDFs or documents with many pages, the platform can slow down and become less responsive. 4. The interface can feel cluttered or unintuitive at times While it’s generally user-friendly, the interface sometimes feels crowded, which makes it harder to quickly find specific tools or features. 5. We would like to address comments 1/2 in the dislike part right away: The logic with the free trial period is quite simple, actually: the first 30 days are the free trial, for any first-timer. After this free trial, you can be either on our monthly plan (paying month by month), or on our annual one (paying once a year). Annual plan is indeed a bit discounted and is more beneficial (thus majority of customers choose it, tbh). Secondly and most importantly, pdfFiller absolutely does not lock/hide any separate features behind any paywalls. Free trial period and our paid plans have exactly the same features, no limitations. Downloading is never paid separately, we assure you. Neither is any other feature/functionality. I use pdfFiller for updating and filling in forms for a driving school, and it makes the documentation of Road Tests quick and easy with templates for everything. I find pdfFiller easier to use than other similar services because it's clear and to the point. Transitioning from Adobe to pdfFiller was easy, and I much prefer it over Adobe because finding tools in Adobe is a huge challenge in having to search around the platform. I like being able to create contacts that we send estimates to regularly. pdfFiller has a very user-friendly interface and makes editing documents a breeze. Having the ability to auto-send docs to other members of my team once a customer has signed is essential for our organization. With pdfFiller, I can create forms from scratch and edit templates, which was a key reason for switching from DocuSign. I like that pdfFiller is easy to use, which is helpful for our diaper bank program and partners when completing documents to submit online. I really like the document completion and submission options, especially the ability to create a page in our form where partners can upload documents. This serves as a way for them to upload documents they may not have created or completed online. For instance, one of our documents allows them to print a blank form, fill it out by hand, and upload it at their convenience. I find that option very nice.
