PDFescape has excellent conversion features for documents and has a lot of options to manipulate files quickly. A feature that I like is that it is a multiplatform software, so it can be installed on different operating systems. Another highlight is that it has an excellent spell checker. Also some capabilities are only available in the paid version. In addition, I don't see much difference between their premium membership and their ultimate membership, and they have different costs. I find it very interesting and very useful to use this application in its online version, which is completely free. PDFescape allows me to review PDF documents and share them with my coworkers in order to do reviews in group. Its menu of options is practical and simple, where tools are presented for highlighting, for adding text, to create form fields, to include comments, among others. Perhaps if you only need to underline, highlight, add comments in the reviews, it could be a sufficient application, but if you need to add other elements, it could play negatively due to its menu of options or tools is somewhat limited. PDFescape is one of my favorites for reading and printing documents. It has a spelling correction tool that I really like, since it supports several languages. I also like its editing features such as page numbers, watermarks and headers. Another feature that I like is its PDF creation from scanners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PDFescape? PDFescape membership is really expensive. I also don't like to edit PDF files created in other programs, because the font of the letter is modified and if there are tables they are deconfigured. Recommendations to others considering PDFescape: Our office handles physical and digital documents daily, so it was already necessary to pass so much documentation that we have to a digital format and therefore we have chosen PDF as a standard format. I do not like the design of the interface, which abuses the color red in the subject and that in many occasions hinders my visibility. Other PDF programs take some time to load different parts of their app. This one runs as fast as software installed directly to your computer. And it has all the features I need (inserting text, freehand writing to sign documents). No errors, bugs, or problems of any kind that I've noticed in 6 months of use. PDFEscape is an online (from the cloud) and offline software (from an application downloaded and installed on a computer) that includes several tools to create, edit, review, annotate, add sticker notes, highlight, protect with password and several other options, on documents PDF. Also, it allows you to share and enable a repository of the document created or modified up to a period of 7 days and that any user can access through a URL link informed by the application. In itself, the application has a collaborative editing and review purpose, which is great y very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PDFescape? During the brief period in which I have been evaluating this application, I have noticed that it works for me despite certain limitations presented by its free version. One observation I have is that the PDF document editing tool does not offer the "Undo" option to return to the previous state if an error is made. If I have to fill out forms or edit a PDF, this does the trick. Very easy to upload and write in PDF. Attaching images such as my signature to my files also makes it easy for me to sign the PDF's. Sometime I would prefer if when I download my final copy, it downloads in separate files, the same way I uploaded the filed. For example, I will upload and edit 3 separate PDF files, and when I go to export it will not download 3 separate file, but instead one larger file with all PDF documents compiled.
