I purchased the lifetime plan. This popup window kept coming up for an upgraded and it got downloaded. After the download, it would not let me use the program until I paid $39.99. I went ahead and paid it and once it was paid I was no longer able to use any of my forms. This company has no telephone number listed on their site for customer service. It took me almost half an hour to get someone on a chat and that person was useless, however, she provided me with a phone number 442-245-3674 I pressed option #2 for pdf element and the recording stated "there are no agents to assist you at this time" and it hangs up. I tried all day several times, nothing. On top of all that the program is slow and does not even come close to adobe acrobat. Don't waste your money with this software.
