What do you like best about PDFCreator?

It is one of the best software I have used to manage PDF files. It allows us to create PDF documents easily and quickly, we can simply drag and drop our files or search them through the windows explorer.

PDFCreator converts each printable document to PDF and many other formats.

This software allows us to convert documents to PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF and more, and we can combine several documents in a single file.

What do you dislike about PDFCreator?

What do you like best about PDFCreator?

The best thing about PDF Creator is its ease in converting Excel, Word, and other file types to PDF so they can be sent by email in a way that they cannot be modified. It is the safest way to send documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to send and receive invoices by email makes their transit much faster, as they arrive the same day they are issued. What do you like best about PDFCreator?

It is the ideal software to create or convert different types of files to PDF in fact it allows us to convert documents to PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF.

Its use is relatively easy, we can drag and drop our files or search them through the windows explorer, it also installs very easily and does not consume many computer resources.

"Great for administrative use"

What do you like best about PDFCreator?

I love using this service at work! One of my favorite things to use it for is combining PDF documents. It's simple and you can easily upload the documents that you need without the struggle of screen capturing and re-sizing larger PDFs. Our office map, for example, is perfect for this app because you can still zoom in and see all the desk numbers without the struggle of fitting it to the right size. What do you dislike about PDFCreator?

The only thing that is confusing is when you merge the documents, you have to be sure to drag them to the app itself, and drop the files in a blank space within the app before merging. I had an issue with not being able to find some of the docs that I uploaded since there is no clear confirmation message/ signal that it was done. I ended up uploading twice/three times and not being able to find the docs after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PDFCreator solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business issue that this has solved is for our office seating chart. We use Excel for this and convert the files into a PDF, however, we like to have a "one-stop-shop" for all the docs, including the map of our office. Before I realized we could use PDF Creator, I was on power point trying to figure out how to get all the maps/charts in one place. What do you like best about PDFCreator?

How easy it is to convert my documents into a pdf file, works with all windows, I actually downloaded it for free and I would have word docs but my boss always wanted in pdf format this solved that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know why but some of my old files which I wish to turn into pdf files do not convert I don't know if its an issue with pdf creator or just my file...not enough support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
