Pdf compressor has the best combination of readability, size reduction and good OCR of any of the products on the market.it is fast accurate and does exactly what we need - resuce our pdf 's to the smallest possible size while retaining quality.it is easy of use. Ability to convert different kinds of documents to PDF.batch processing and speed.definitely an advantage with different OCR combinations.we have trained multiple staff members and they all have no issues with the product.it works will with our business hub machine.the quality of the OCR has been absolutely outstanding. The file selection and output menus default to options i never want.while i easily get around that,the software should enabled custom defaults such as combine documents and dont snend failed pages to another directory. Much simpler to generate OcR'd Pdf's that using the multi - function printer.it utilizes proprietary , lossless compression technology to garner the best compression rates in the industry while keeping file quality visually identical to the original. The upsides of the software is that it compresses the PDF you have so you are able to send it in through email and through phone. It makes it much easier to send PDFs and important documents. I am solving how to send important dental documents from one user to another, whether it be other doctor's offices or to the patient. I like that it's easy. You upload your PDF and in seconds, you download it and it's a smaller file size. You can also do more than one PDF at a time and download them all individually or together in a zip file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PDFCompressor? I don't like that you can't choose a target file size. It just makes it smaller for you, despite if it is small enough for what you needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is PDFCompressor solving and how is that benefiting you? I've used it to make my PDF smaller so I can send it via Gmail without having to use Google Drive.
