The things that I like in PDF-XChange Editor would be that there are so many different tools that could be used in editing a PDF. You can edit the text and the font would still be the same! The user interface is good to go right out of the box. It's obviously a very powerful tool, and the free version does everything that I needed to. I'm happy to know that there's a bit of extra headroom as far as capability if I were to pay a modest one-time fee. I also really like the software's excellent implementation of recent file recovery. PDF- XChange Editor is essential to my position in sales at my company. Most orders run through manual PDF forms in my role, so this tool allows me to create and send the required documents to my clients to move forward with their purchases. The smart PDF feature allows me to key into information to a template that flows throughout various fields on the entire PDF form. As well, being able to click and edit specific fields is helpful. One of the things I dislike is that sometimes the formatting gets thrown off when I complete and save the smart PDF. PDF XChange editor is without a doubt the MOST useful PDF-editing software out on the market. It has all of the features that you could possibly ever need to edit and manipulate PDF documents for whatever your needs may be. Perhaps the feature that made me commit to purchasing the software is the ease with which you can hyperlink various elements of PDF. Pdf-xchange editor is basically used to edit the .pdf files.
