What do you like best about PDF Suite?

It has an interface that allows you to open files quickly, does not generate compatibility issues which is very useful for opening documents in PDF format regardless of the size of the file, its editing options are simple but easy to run, is very useful to mark and highlight elements in the documents, you can create forms quickly because the available options are visible to the user and in general each alternative and tool is very easy to execute, in terms of security allows to protect files and documents which means a positive aspect for the protection of important material for the business. What do you dislike about PDF Suite?

It has 3 versions available and the most useful and complete has a cost that since my experience exceeds the benefits offered directly by the software, requires to be downloaded and installed this is a disadvantage because it takes more time than expected to deploy it on different computers in the office and does not provide constant updates to improve the performance of the software in the face of new needs, the simple interface can be a major limiting for demanding companies that require advanced options for online editing and exchange of editable files directly between members of the software. Recommendations to others considering PDF Suite:

Its version PDF Suite Pro+OCR is the most outstanding because it includes options to vectorize images and files and transform them into PDF documents without the need for intermediary software, this is undoubtedly one of its most outstanding options and is only included in its highest paid version, the other versions are useful and have functional options and tools that cover the basic needs and simple solutions of PDF formats. What problems is PDF Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the office there is a constant flow of files and documents in PDF format, from my main team I deploy this tool to open and read files quickly and without major problems, the processes of editing PDF documents are very useful to me to implement corrections to documents and then send them safely and securely to prevent the document is violated, although rarely have I used the option of forms when it was necessary to work properly and met expectations expected. "perfect tool to work with digital documents."

What do you like best about PDF Suite?

The software is very useful to work with electronic documents, since it allows me to create PDF documents, make edits, make file conversions for different formats, one of the most important conversions that allows you to do the software is convert PDF files into HTML and The great advantage of this is that this format is compatible with any browser which allows you to view it without problems. PDF Suite is a software that has exceeded my expectations, it turned out to be a very promising and beneficial software, in the time that I have been using the software I have not found any malfunction in its operation and if I find it I could contact its technical service and I am Sure they will solve it very quickly and without problems. Since I am using PDF Suite I do not want to change it, it is a very useful software that has given me an all-in-one tool, which gives me total control when making an edition with some digital document, with this software I found a very easy way to filling out digital forms without any problem is very easy to use and I save a lot of time using this software which allows me to be more efficient. "Robust and Simple PDF Manager."

What do you like best about PDF Suite?

The PDF suite software is complete and flexible. The best of the pdf editors I know, allows me to create, convert, edit and protect PDF files, we can easily create an existing document or start from scratch on a blank page.

This software is very intuitive and its interface is very similar to Microsoft Word and this has allowed me to adapt easily to the work environment. PDF suite allows us to create forms from scratch, modify existing templates and add interesting features such as buttons to send direct to email or send them to print.

The conversion is also very simple, with PDF Suite I can convert to all PDF and Microsoft formats, as well as to image formats. On the other hand you can also optimize the files for mobile screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF Suite?

I like it because with this software I visualize my PDF documents without complications, because its platform is very simple.
