This Software provides you with a facility to read, edit convert files from word to Pdf and vice-versa, highlighting text, signature, note, password, searching word and many types of fonts with a different colour. I love all the features that the software offers. The old PDF viewer I was using was Microsoft Edge. This was not great as it did not allow me to do anything to the actual PDF. I needed a PDF program that allowed me the ability to annotate documents for graduate school and this worked very well. I was able to easily add textboxes to the document to complete an assignment. In addition, I've added in photos and this was also very easy to do. The crop tool was a little tricky at first, however after playing around with it, it was much easier. When I was merging documents, the program laid out the order of the documents very nicely and allowed ease of arranging them before merging the documents together. A huge part of utilizing a PDF viewer for me is the ability to take notes. I am a graduate student and I take many notes on PDFs because it's very easy to scroll through the pages. I own a surface pro and I use my pen to write notes on PDFs for class. However, the program isn't very friendly for this type of use. The program doesn't register the pen unless you click the pen tool (which is not on the front page but under the review tab under "pencil") and even then, it doesn't register the eraser when I need to erase. This provides a lot of frustration when using the program for what I need it for. Therefore it's not a great program for tablet use in my opinion. However, my friend bought the same program and claim it works very well on her MacBook. I'm sure I would be much happier and pleased with the purchase of it didn't neglect one of the major aspects of my current computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create, edit, and save PDFs. We use it for invoicing, items we need approval on, and just about everything.
