Very worthwhile when compared to basic Mac or windows built in pdf reader. Being able to mark up, export, send, alter PDFs in a one stop shop is what makes it my go to when we used it. **What do you dislike about PDF Suite?** It can be a little slow to load, especially large pdf files. Granted that it is still probably faster than the regular built in pdf reader a on Mac or windows. I've had it stall a few times, but nothing that has not saved my work or wasn't recoverable. The tools did take a little bit to get used to and learn all that you could do within the suite. Once you start playing around with it, it becomes way more intuitive to use after your 3rd or 4th time working on a document within the program. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Suite:** I would say just take some time playing around for awhile to learn all the different tools you can use within the program. You'll find a few things that you can use that you probably didn't know about because you don't see that type of functionality on other basic pdf readers **What problems is PDF Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking existing PDF after making adjustments to suite our needs and then export or send. The main benefit is that everything you need with a PDF is in a 1 program and you don't have to use multiple, especially when it comes to user contracts or other documents. Exporting files is fast which is really necessary when you are working on a large number of documents within a day. ### 7.
