It's easy to use for the basic things like creating a new pdf from multiple documents, or filling in a pdf form. It really just takes a few seconds. The custom stamps are a nice feature too. Using some of the more advanced features like editing pdf content isn't as straightforward and easy as I'd like. I just haven't really had the time to look for help files or tutorials. PDF Studio has some great features like pdf edit tex, images and documents. It also provides you an option to create PDF forms which is best feature as per me. User interface for it is slightly cluttered as per me and does not offer best of it. Also, I observed that customer support is minimal for it if you are stuck or have any issues in it. The competitive advantage of this PDF tool is the ability to create a PDF from different types of files (Image, MS Office, Multiple files selection at once, Or even directly from a connected scanner which I find very practical). 2. All other PDF normal features are also included but I think this is already available in many different tools as well. 3. The convert tab gives me good options to create and convert to different types of files (Text, Web view, HTML) So I don't have to use different tools, one tool to create, and also then generate different formats for our use cases. 4. Forms tab gives also a great option to add BUTTONs or texts quickly and easily in the PDF which then can do a specific configured action. 5. I also like the sanitize, digital signature, and timestamps (Did not try it on a tablet, only on a windows OS so far). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PDF Studio? 1. Price is not suitable for personal usage, I think it's more for companies or professionals (But I like that it's also possible per quantities). 2. As with most of the tools, with the trial version has some limits, I don't like that during the trial I can not use all features to have a good judgment of the tool, this applies for example to apply a watermark on each page (On top of the PDF page, I find the position of the watermark not suitable). All-in-one tool, especially create and customize the PDF as per your needs and then generate different formats out of it based on your needs without a need for another tool to do the second step. PDF pro offers a lot(if not all) the same features as Adobe PDF does but without the monthly fee. You can edit content like images and text and sign your name easily. You get all the updates which is nice but you never own the software. PDF studio offers two paid versions that you make a one time payment and then own the software.
