For the price that I pay for the license, I get most of the features that I requre to work with a PDF document, from editing the text, to rearranging the pages, to converting the document from PDF back to e.g. Microsoft Word format document. I have found some minor incompatibilities for some PDF documents generated by certain business applications, that only the Adobe PDF reader is able to read. This I have encountered only on PDF generated by certain custom business applications, so it is not a big problem as these specific problem documents, can be read using the Adobe Reader.
