PDFDrill extracts tables and text from digital and scanned PDFs into Excel, CSV, JSON and text. Its bank-statement workflow checks balances and continuity, and flags repeated transactions in overlapping statements for review. A free plan includes 10 pages each month. Starter is $19/month for 150 pages; Pro is $39/month for 500 pages. Xero CSV, QuickBooks-ready CSV and QuickBooks Web Connect (.QBO) exports are included from Pro. Review extracted data before importing it into your accounting workflow.
