Customer service is very friendly. I find this especially useful when I have to edit pdf documents quickly so I can easily change it to a document file and change it back to a pdf. It definitely has an ease of use to it that makes the price somewhat worthwhile. **What do you dislike about PDF Converter Elite?** The premium version is much too expensive when there are alternative methods of converting online. Some types of images cannot be converted. There really is not much to complain about though. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Converter Elite:** Consider the pricing and definitely try the 7 day trial first to see if it is worth purchasing. **What problems is PDF Converter Elite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically to easily convert files back and forth as it was intended to be used. I realized you definitely are getting what you paid for! If you are paying for it, it will not disappoint. ### 8.
