It does seem as though a solution to most issues which you may come across has been thought of and implemented. **What do you dislike about PDF.co?** It can at times be more complicated than is completely necesary, and the resources for receiving help or developing an understanding of how some of the more advanced features work is quite limited. The credits for this software do not last nearly as long as we had hoped that they would and some of the features which use the credits (like 2 credits spent every time we refresh the website) seem like they should be free. **What problems is PDF.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use PDF.co to collect information from invoices and delivery notes which we receive via email. I like that a credit balance comes with each response. The sheer variety of PDF related tools is probably the biggest reson to go with them. Pricing and support is a close second. **What do you dislike about PDF.co?** Downsides are it can be tough to get started becasue of the overwhelming options. Another one is they keep reffering you to profiles and when you click the link it's just their documentation page. They really need more work on explaining profiles and examples for each API function. Lastly, I was looking for extracting text in paragraphs with seperate headings but that is not possible yet.
