What do you like best about PDF Architect?

What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

I am having a hard time accessing the Ruler feature and cannot make it work like I did in the version of the software I had on my Windows 7 computer. Also, it seems expensive and awkward to add on the OCR software to Pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PDF Architect?

I like most of the features of PDF Architect. Specifically, I find the standard pagination features very valuable, where I can move pages around, reshuffle, and take pages out as needed. Additionally, I purchased the form add-on feature because we really need to edit our PDF forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

The program is quite slow, taking forty-five seconds to a minute or longer just to start up. If it wasn't so slow, I think I would recommend it to more people. The initial setup was difficult, with tech support and forms in emails not matching what's on the website. I ended up having to go through support, and it was frustrating because links didn't work a number of times. The software feels rather clunky and needs to be more responsive where things happen a little quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PDF Architect?

I like that PDF Architect allows me and other staff the ability to edit PDFs at a reasonable cost. What stands out most is how affordable it is compared to the competition, being just a fraction of the cost compared to Acrobat Pro. This affordability helps a lot as it allows more budget for other necessities. The initial setup was straightforward, similar to any consumer-oriented software install. What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

I think PDF Architect could improve its compatibility with IT in a business setting. Having a sysadmin-friendly installer would be a good place to start. It would be nice to be able to push updates without hassling end-users. What do you like best about PDF Architect?

The search facility is essential when I receive documents with over 100 pages and my only interest is to find one or two specific words. I also use it to transform my Word documents into PDF, and it consistently gives the best results, so anyone can use them afterwards without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

The many sales promotions that are pushed to the front of the screen are distracting, even when I’m presenting to an audience.

I use it as a retired, unpaid volunteer for an NGO, and I only use it about once a day. For my needs, it feels expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to add and reorder pages in PDF Architect and the variety of markup options available. It allows us to easily maintain running documents with up-to-date information in our accounting firm, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. What do you like best about PDF Architect?

As a Real Estate Agent / Business Broker, I need a programme that has all the features I require to complete my many daily PDF requirements quickly and easily. PDF Architect has provided me for many years with those features and been a very stable and reliable programme. When on the rare occasion I need help from the support team, they are always courteous and highly trained to be able to help me with any issue. The programme is easy to download and install, as are the updates and new features provided by their development team. I thoroughly recommend the programme to anyone needing a PDF software.
