PDF & 3D Tools (also called PDF & 3D Enterprise Tools) is TEKTHRILL Technologies' free productivity suite for engineers, designers, students and offices. It opens industry-standard 3D CAD files and edits scanned PDF documents with on-device OCR. The 3D viewer, powered by an Open Cascade Technology (OCCT) engine in WebAssembly with WebGL rendering, loads STEP and IGES assemblies, BREP, SLDPRT/SLDASM, meshes such as STL, OBJ, GLB/GLTF, 3MF, PLY and FBX, DXF/DWG 2D drawings and Gerber PCB layers with drill files, with orbit, zoom, pan, section cuts and shaded or wireframe views. The PDF editor extracts searchable text from scans, lets you edit text, annotate, highlight, redact, sign, merge, split, reorder, rotate and delete pages. Everything runs locally; files are not sent to a server, which suits confidential engineering drawings and company documents. Free in the browser, on Windows and on Android (Google Play).
