  ### 1. Collection Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about PDCflow?**

Software is very user friendly this also makes training new users easy.

**What do you dislike about PDCflow?**

I feel there need to be some reporting updates. When a debtor has a recurring payment on a cc that is about to expire. This would make it easier for my collectors to go ahead and make contact vs. waiting until it has processed and declined

**Recommendations to others considering PDCflow:**

PDC Flow is very user friendly. If there is an issue the support staff is usually pretty quick to check into and/or resolve the issue

**What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fees for cc declines has been our biggest benefit.
