The main reason for this review is to praise the PCRecruiter tech support team for their consistently exceptional service. I've been using PCRecruiter as an agency recruiter as well as a two-time agency owner/partner. Since I started working with Main Sequence and PCRecruiter back in 2005, the tech support that I've received has always been prompt, courteous, on-point, and exceeded all expectation. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. That's saying somthing!!! I'm also an "old" computer user, "Hi, I'm Sean, and I'm a PC." if you remember those commercials on TV. I've describe PCRecruiter this way, to quote the great American poet, Han Solo, "...she may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid." Honestly, I can't think of anything that I don't like about PCRecruiter. Maybe some improvements or upgrades that include an easier to use dashboard function where reports and analytics could be displayed for client meetings and presentations. Having said that, I sincerely feel like PCRecruiter and Main Sequence are always investing in the platform; making tweaks and improvements to increase the ease and functionality of the software not to mention full blown software version editions/upgrades. PCRecruiter seems very benificial and amazing to me. It features are outstanding. I especially liked that this platform automates multiple tasks and also has CRM tool, which has helped me build a better relationship with clients. The best feature for me is the reporting and analytics, which improves our recruitment strategy. It has made my hiring process faster and error free and its ATS feature streamline our hiring process. Tracking candidates process is also very easy in it and it is very helpful in managing interview stages as well. Its Candidate Database Management is also very benificial. It allows us to easily access candidates profiles, saves times with resume parsing, and helps alot in tracking candidates. platform has been very helpful for me and my buisness. In one instance our team needed to fill a highly priority role for a client within a tight deadline. We used PCRecruiter to centralized the entire recruitment process. The tool made everything seamless from posting job on platforms to tracking applications. What I really like about PCRecruiter was the pipeline management feature, it allowed us to visualize the process of candidate in real time and keep everyone updated. PCRecruiter is a leader in the recruiting and staffing software industry. It is by far the best recruiting software on the market because it is designed by a team that has deep roots in the recruiting and staffing world AND they listen to their users! The product is extremely well supported and continues to get better based upon feedback from top recruiter and staffing industry experts. It is a solid product that can be customized to integrate into and enhance exisiting processes, improve productivity, and provide a great experience for applicants, candidates, internal/external hiring managers, client companies, and users. For third party recruiters and staffing agencies it allows you to seamlessly intergrate business development processes with the delivery of recruiting processes and services. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that PCRecruiter is a serious tool with tremendous capabilities, which means it does require a bit of planning and forethought to get the most out of the product. We used PCRecruiter to manage a campus recruitment drive involving hundreds of application.The software enabled us to handle the large volume of applications efficiently by centralizing candidate profiles. We could track, communicate and schedules interviews in PCRecruiter's dashboard. PCRecruiter is very easy to use. I found many software are difficult for begginer at first, but due to its training support, it is very helpful and excellent. I really liked its tracking feature. I've been a customer of PCR since they started and would never change. The people there are super responsive and their tech support is top-notch. It is built with a recruiter in mind, it uses Roll-Ups to keep all your candidates, companies and positions in check. The Rollup Stages (Lifeblood) are customizable and automated, they have sequencing which is new and takes away you having to think and finally they have the analytics/metrics which when running teams are vital.

As a user, I loved that it kept a great history of all the things connected to a name and client. Also, think it was pretty easy to learn and customize to how I wanted to view things.
Now as an admin, it has some great automations we can set up to make reporting (mostly done by me) and user lives easier.
