Running a mock demo often requires booking a full team meeting or one on one's. It is very useful to have a AI bot that can provide specific feedback that is tied to specific objectives. Some of the content is directed at new business and not account management. Our course assumes there is an issue we are not yet aware of from the customer. As AM's we may be aware of issues that have long been present, accepted, but budget may have been a real insurmountable issue-- all that to say "Discovery" is not always our starting point.
