"It's called pclub for a reason!"
5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

To do your best, you need to learn from the best - and that is what pclub.io offers. Every lesson is taught by an experienced expert that has the sales metrics and experience to back up everything they are teaching you. I appreciate that pclub.io doesn't just train you on a methodology that you have to figure out how to use. These courses contain real-world skills and strategies that always include the "why" behind them. The platform is straight forward and easy to use, and the customer support has been top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

Some of the courses are quite lengthy and could be split into multiple courses to make them easier to apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The sales training that works - practical workflows with battle tested theories"
5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

pclub helps salespeople understand why their menthodology is not working and what they need to do, to be succesful, and upskill.

There are paths based on your role, customers you work with and the deal stages your deals gets stuck at and that is the magic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

no downside to using pclub, have used it for over a year, the only thing that can get better is one central repository for all the resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Relevant & Current SaaS Content - Field relevant!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

I think the content the team offers is most "field" relevant in terms of today's SaaS buying processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

Not much. But, if I could nit-pick I'd like the learning assets like pdfs and docs to be easier to find / download. This could be a user enablement issue however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Would Highly Recommend PClub"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

I love how there are so many different courses that you can utilize and an expert walks you through, not only the steps, but the reasons or data behind them. They become more simply to digest and create buy-in. Also the AI role plays are great because you can practice what you are working on whenever you'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

The platform itself isn't the greatest software out there. It' straightforward and easy to use, but it's not going to knock you socks off and it can be a bit difficult to briefly search within course if you just want to remember one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable, High-Impact Sales Training That Actually Sticks"
5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

What I find most valuable about PClub is the format. Everyone on their respective team listens to the same content, and then I lead the reinforcement and retention training internally, putting it into our world.

It gives me the flexibility to make the content relevant to our deals, our motion, and our messaging. I've been through Sandler and plenty of industry-specific sales training, and I've never seen this much positive feedback from the team on a program.

We use this weekly, and it always feels fresh. Traditional sales training tends to get expensive, overly intensive for the team to sustain week in and week out, and it just doesn't scale. With PClub, we get consistent, high-quality training that fits into our rhythm and drives results without burning out the team.

We’re also building custom tracks for different groups—SDRs, Sales Reps, and SEs—so everyone learns role-specific lessons. That flexibility has been a big unlock.

Another huge value-add is that it scales. With traditional instructor-led training, once the session is over, it’s gone, and new hires miss out. With PClub, I can bring someone new onboard and put them through the same content at the right pace without losing that shared foundation. It’s made onboarding smoother and more consistent.

Standing up the program was surprisingly easy. Jillian (our Enablement Transformation lead) took the time to understand our goals and helped design a rollout plan that worked for us. Her support makes my job as a sales leader 10x easier. She’s helped us identify the right things to track, and with PClub’s integration into our conversation intelligence platform, we’ve set up trackers based on what we’re learning, so we can actually measure whether it’s being applied in real calls.

The combination of structure, high-impact training, tailored support, and real accountability makes this the most complete and scalable sales training setup I’ve worked with. The entire PClub team has been fantastic—responsive, invested, and a real partner in helping us win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

What’s important to know is that to get the most out of PClub, you have to be actively involved. Since I don’t have a dedicated enablement team, I’m the one going through the content, mapping it to our motion, and building it into our playbooks and deal strategy. It takes time and effort, but that’s what makes it stick. The impact is real when you put in the work.

That’s also why having Jillian has been such a game-changer. She makes my life 10x easier—helping me stay ahead, organize the rollout, and track how the training shows up in real conversations. With her support, the whole process feels structured and scalable.

While the content is already strong, I’ve asked for more industry-specific examples to make it even tighter for our world. The PClub team’s been incredibly receptive and always asks for areas to better meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product, has improved my sales skills."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Caliber?

Pclub has been helpful in developing sales skills I’ve struggled to get consistent support on, especially things like multi-threading, account planning, and tightening up my discovery. The content is clear and actionable, but honestly, the real value has come from the Q&A sessions with Chris. He breaks things down in a way that actually sticks, and I’ve been able to directly apply a lot of it daily. It's improved how I support deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caliber?

Some months, there are no Q&A times available. I also wish there were more support options, for it was clear how to get started. The Implementation + post check-in process can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
