The main drawback is the search and discovery experience—it can be hard to surface niche examples or industry-specific use cases (e.g., cybersecurity sales to regulated industries). There are a handful of good programs out there, but none this dialed into the AE role in tech/saas. There is no over generalizing - the courses are all direct and specific things you can plug right into your processes. Some are little disciplines, some are big skills that will take some time and mastery. I have used several things in my own sales, and also trained all of my sales reps on what I’ve learned. The lessons are straight to the point, packed with real, tactical advice I’ve been able to use right away in discovery calls and closing conversations. It doesn’t feel like theory—it feels like advice from someone who’s been in the trenches and actually knows what works. The roleplays and feedback from the community really helped me level up fast, and it’s clear that people in there are serious about getting better. My only small gripe is the course tracker could be easier to follow, but that’s minor compared to the value I’ve gotten. Pclub is a great platform with department specific modules, along with workbooks and progress trackers, which I love as a director. I can follow the progress of my SDRs and where they are in their lesssons.
