## Caliber Reviews
  ### 1. Amazing content from start to finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean H. | Sales Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

This guides and provides best practices, scripts, and role plays for every stage of the sales cycle. Following this structure, step-by-step has really allowed me to level up!

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I haven't run into anything yet. I'm really enjoying all of the courses.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really just helping me perfect every single stage of the sales cycle so I can run better discovery, demo's, etc.

  ### 2. Actionable content that actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh L. | Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Lots of sales courses talk about best practise and what you should do in a sales process, few actually give you a playbook and explain how to do them. Pclub is the answer to that.

Recommend wholeheartedly.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Not found anything I actively dislike as of yet.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

repeatable sales process that works / havign insights on demand when needed

  ### 3. Amazing Resource... Leveled up My Team and My Career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Amazing variety of courses for every step of the sales funnel, and every market segment (SMB, MM and Enterprise). Not fluffy, generic advice, but real, tactical, actionable instructions.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

My only piece of criticism (which is definitely nitpicking) is that it's difficult to find my spot again in a course if I have to pause, or complete a course over multiple days. I usually have to start again from the beginning, because it's not clear where I left off, and the subsequent lessons in a course have a weird tendency to auto-play on mute even when I'm not watching them.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Up-skilling my team
- Teaching us the unknown unknowns
- Catalyzing our development

  ### 4. Wide Topic Selection and Excellent Instructors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Variety of topics to reference when needed, easy to navigate, great teachers

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I don’t have any negative feedback about pclub.io

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pclub is like a manager in your pocket - I often reference sections that cover situations I’m currently encountering to inform my strategy in various deal stages.

  ### 5. Pclub - great sales-skills improvement platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Assaf G. | RVP Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The content - very relevant, high quality, Chris Orlob is great!!

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Nothing really - everything works as expected.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaps in AEs knowledge and skills. The platforms offers in depth courses in specific topics like - discovery, deal cycle management, negotiation etc.

  ### 6. Pclub.io is awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola . | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Great all-around useful training and awesome educators in the world of Sales. Would absolutely recommend! :)

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The UI can be a bit sharper and more streamlined, but other than that, nothing else comes to mind.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning more about different aspects of Sales and how to structure and run my demos gives me instant access to a lot of useful Sales-oriented knowledge which I did not have in my past jobs.

  ### 7. Strong framework and measurable outcomes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles D. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

PClub provided a clear, easy to implement framework that has enabled both myself and my team to improve several key metrics. This has enabled deal flow to improve, deal size to increase, and better deal management.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

From an admin perspective, it would help if the user metrics were a little more detailed. An example would be understanding how many times a user has re-watched a specific learning module within a course.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing a framework to identify the business problem in outbound sales where the prospect is experiencing latent pain, and perhaps isn't looking for a solution or doesn't know they have a problem. This technique is invaluable to enabling growth within our new business sales team.

  ### 8. Benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Helped me close more sales for sure. I think it’s relevant for anyone in tech sales.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

This product won’t integrate with current tech stack like gong.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business cases and building champs is the biggest benefit I’ve seen.

  ### 9. Best SaaS Sales Training Out There!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Pclub is super tactical and perfect for anyone regardless of what role you play in your org - SDR, SMB AE, MM AE, Enterprise, or Management. Hours and hours of content on all the specific areas you need to better perfect your craft and the all taught from highly successful leaders/reps who have been in the trenches. I've purchased at least 3 sales programs over the last 2 years and this is by far the best if you're in tech and want to become significantly better in your role, quickly. Can't recommend pclub enough!

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Only suggestion I have is to add more playbooks on prospecting. Something like a vault of email cadences/campaigns that are structured with real examples so users can copy and paste format into LLMs and build out cadences easily for their solution. Obviously being super picky, but my biggest hurdle when prospecting is in the follow up emails and how to personalize them and keep them relevant without spending hours and hours doing it.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started with the discovery masterclass and it immediately helped me dig into pain quicker with prospects in the days and weeks after going through the content.

  ### 10. Amazing team and priceless content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Scaling a sales team at a start-up is hard; limited time, resources, and ability to hire for experience. PClub has been an invaluable resource as I grow my team. The content is relevant for our inside Saas selling model, well paced, AND the PClub Customer Support team creates custom course plans, which makes it extremely easy for me to enable my team.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I wish the user interface was a little bit more friendly. It has the required bells and whistles but could use a bit of a facelift. All that to say, I'd rather the PClub team, keep the platform affordable and full of valuable content than dedicate resources to this improvement.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Equipping first time BDRs with the sales skills required for a successful ramp. PClub also helps me guide my best BDRs towards AE readiness.

My more senior AEs have also benefitted from revisiting some of the sales "fundamentals" (i.e. Discovery, Multi-Threading), which ensures good habits remain in tact.

  ### 11. Taking the pClub courses:

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie C. | Enterprise Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

As an Enterprise AE, I absolutely love taking the pClub courses. They are incredibly valuable in sharpening my skills, expanding my strategic thinking, and helping me stay competitive in a fast-paced sales environment.

The courses offer real-world, actionable insights that I can immediately apply to my enterprise accounts — from navigating complex deal cycles to building stronger executive relationships.

Beyond just techniques, pClub emphasizes the mindset and discipline needed to consistently perform at a high level. It’s not just about closing deals — it’s about becoming a true partner to my clients.

Each course challenges me to level up and stay committed to excellence, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for as I continue to grow my career.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

One thing I wish we had was access to the courses through an LMS platform. It would be great to easily view the full course catalog, track my completions, and access a transcript of everything I’ve completed.

It would also be really motivating (and fun!) if we could earn badges or certifications upon course completion. I think it would add another layer of engagement and recognition for the time and effort put into professional development.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the mindset and discipline needed to improve and excel

  ### 12. Effortless Navigation and Customizable, Bite-Sized Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica T. | National Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The content is incredibly easy to navigate, prepared into meaningful, bite-sized modules, and is easy to modify for your industry-specific context.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Had a couple of tech hiccups that were easily solved. The content itself has been great.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're making a lot of shifts internally and pclub has been hugely impactful in supporting team enablement and onboarding.

  ### 13. Super Insightful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis S. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Pclub is packed with highly relevant and easily digestible content, making it simple and easy to absorb impactful practices and put them into action immediately. The wealth of insights from top-performing AEs helps fast-track your development and saves valuable time by cutting down on your own trial and error.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

At first, jumping on the platform it felt a bit overwhelming, there’s so much content to choose from. But once you start exploring, you quickly realise how structured and valuable it all is.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pclub is providing additional learning material that supports our organisation as we scale our headcount. It’s helping us further develop individual skill sets and ultimately improve deal outcomes.

  ### 14. PClub has given me insights into sales from many different perspectives.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan J. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The ability it has to keep me asking questions about why I am being asked certain things

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

i lose attention fast and causes me not to pay full attention

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solving my inability to think differently about how I solve problems

  ### 15. A Must Have for SaaS Sales Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keegan P. | Sr. Sales Manager, Enterprise, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

What I like best about Pclub.io is how immediately impactful the training is—not just for me, but for my entire sales team. We just wrapped up the Advanced Discovery masterclass, and every AE on my team (myself included) has made meaningful changes to how we run discovery, both pre- and post-demo. The frameworks helped us dig deeper into pain, quantify impact, and build stronger business cases. It’s not theory—it’s tactical, applicable, and it’s already driving increased deal value. The content is sharp, relevant, and has elevated the overall quality of our sales conversations. Our team is applying the content learnings on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to nitpick—it would be that sometimes the video recordings glitch or won’t load properly. Usually, a quick computer reboot solves it, so it’s more of a minor tech hiccup than a real issue.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pclub.io is solving one of the most common (and costly) problems in SaaS sales: shallow discovery that leads to weak business cases and stalled deals. Before going through the Advanced Discovery masterclass, my team had decent discovery practices—but they weren’t consistent, deep enough, or tied strongly to value and impact.

The frameworks we learned helped us shift from surface-level questions to a structured, consultative approach that uncovers real business pain and ties it directly to our solution. That’s led to clearer differentiation, better qualification, and higher deal velocity. We’re already seeing an increase in deal sizes because we’re able to anchor more effectively to value.

  ### 16. I love pClub.io!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Using pClub.io has truly been a game-changer for me. It's opened my eyes to a whole new set of techniques and strategies that I can immediately apply in my approach.

One of the most impactful aspects of pClub.io is the practical, tactical advice it provides. It’s not just about theory – I now have concrete methods and frameworks to use during sales calls. It’s given me the confidence to ask better, more insightful questions.

I highly recommend pClub.io to any seller looking to elevate their skills and increase their success.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I only wish I had it sooner. This is amazing

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us coduct better demos and discovery calls

  ### 17. The best sales training i've had.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DJ R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

They thought of everything. There is a module for any skill you are trying to master in software. The interface is very easy to navigate. There information is relevant regardless of industry.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

There almost no downsides to pclub. Sometimes it can be challenging to know what to prioritize due to the amount of content.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales skills, strategies, & best practices.

  ### 18. Already helping. Super relevant.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

It’s actually tailored and super practical. Some sales training has crazy good marketing but it’s not all that effective for every sales role — especially B2B SaaS. Every industry has nuances and Pclub actually has a way of being able to provide actionable techniques and mindset to go apply immediate and get results. Which is tough to pull off.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

There are some courses that are 4 hours long — maybe shorten those up a bit or break them up

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m in a bit of a hybrid SMB BDR / AE role. And it’s helping improving my closing skills and closing ratio.

  ### 19. Only a few weeks in and it's already helping!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerri S. | Software Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Fantastic content for SMB sellers. Everything from pre-call research to close.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Not really a downside, but the UI could be a little better. Doesn't affect how great the courses are in any way.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I knew I was weak in discovery and we're typically a 2-3 call close. I'm already seeing the benefits of how to structure the call, better questions to ask and making sure the deal is actually going somewhere.

  ### 20. Game changer for experienced AE's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Being an experienced Account Executive you can get into a rut where you are doing what always worked, but it isn't working anymore. Having access to pclub and the variety of classes reinvigorated the way I see my role. The way that the classes are broken out in little chunks too was helpful so that when I did have any small openings I could go back and take a course.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

There are literally none. When our subscription ended I shared my dissatisfaction because the ideas that I got from pclub changed the game for me.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the economy changes, and buyer behavior is ever evolving AE's need to keep up with these trends and pclub has the pulse on this. They are providing content that helps me organize my day, my calls, and ensure that I am taking the steps towards a successful close.

  ### 21. Sales Leader

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Learn skills you'll actually use. Most training I've done is interesting but is difficult to implement. Pclub solved that.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Need more courses and help using it in individual context.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are pleased with the buying a experience. That's the biggest benefit.

  ### 22. Practical, Bite-Sized Learning That Fits Real-World Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Breaks down the content in bite sizes, practical practice application and a guide as to how to apply it in real time

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Just tough getting the time to do it or prioritize it during a work day

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me break into an unfamiliar industry with solid process

  ### 23. P.Club for a 10x impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Love how everything is explained in a very clear language. They go far beyond than just theory, and actually show you what and how to do step-by-step.

P.Club has been one of the best professional decisions I’ve made. The quality of content and coaching is outstanding, and it’s directly impacted my performance. I’ve already hit my Q2 target—and it's only 2nd of May. Even more exciting, I’m earning 10x more in commission compared to last year. A huge part of that success comes from the mindset and strategy shifts I’ve gained through P.Club.

To Chris Orlob—your insights as a seasoned sales leader have been nothing short of transformative. If you’re in sales or GTM leadership, his mentorship alone makes P.Club worth it.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I miss a notification when a new course is out

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Enablement, training

  ### 24. Awesome team, relevant content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason H. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The content in their courses is extremely relevant. My team began implementing many of the concepts we learned about in the pclub courses and we began to see immediate improvements in sales velocity, deal size, and close rates.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

No major downsides. I know my team would like to receive some type of certification that they can put on their LinkedIn profiles when they complete a course or series of courses.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a broad range of sales experience on our team, so pclub is helping us ensure that everyone is working toward the same level of competency.

  ### 25. Great tips for all levels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Pclub has helped me go back to the basics, reinforcing techniques I don't employ as often as I should while also providing new insights and unique methods for connecting with customers.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The only issue I have is a technical one - if you're listening on your phone or in your car, you have to click on each individual video to play it; they don't automatically play in a series.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The techniques addressed through pclub.io help me better engage with customers. I especially liked the discovery call series with tips for keeping your calls on track and leaving with next steps.

  ### 26. Relevant and tactical

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter W. | Regional Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

I like that there are SMEs that help with every phase and aspect of sales. I am also happy to have found an entire program built out for my role and level from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

A little petty, but I have multiple screens at my desk and I have to unplug one of my screens so I can see the video. The anti theft that is being used blacks out the video when all of my screens are active.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving me new perspectives and tactics to use immediately after taking a course.

  ### 27. Strategic Account Exec

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris O. | AE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Real-world use cases, not just a "book" of theories, or a sales mantra. Courses are broken down into specific areas of learning. Very relevant and authored by a successful sales technician! Easy to pick and choose your learning pathway. A go-to if you're in the sales profession.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I can no longer take screenshots of the slides. I use them for my own learning in a Google Doc.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What am I missing, where am I failing short, where can I do better.

  ### 28. Programmatically rolled out Pclub, AEs are winning more deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil C. | Sales Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

It's helpful/up to date sales skill development. Economic pressure means deals get escalated to CFOs, pushed through more red tape, and require a stronger business case. In particular, their sales discovery masterclass helps our AEs quantify real business pain, not just surface-level problems.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

No major issues. I'd like them see to continue to scale the platform for enteprises.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closing deals in 2025 requires stronger business cases than it did in 2021. We’ve scaled rapidly during that time, and we’re using Pclub to ensure our AEs can run phenomenal sales processes.

  ### 29. I really enjoy this course as I can tailor my learnings to where I’m finding challenges and improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

I appreciate being able to choose courses that address my current challenges. The courses are concise, and the lessons I gain from them are extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I wish it were easier to find useful courses, as I feel the library could be organized more effectively.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping me grow as an AE and learn from top performers. When I was promoted, my company didn’t provide adequate training on how to run a demo, so this has shown me how the best approach discovery, pitching, and stacking value.

  ### 30. Pclub is built for actionable learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin N. | Strategic Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Pclub has a very organized and cohesive set of courses that covers everything needed for enterprise selling. They've also put the courses together in learning paths or you also have the option to take individual courses. The courses are thorough, practical, and actionable - all the things sellers need to walk away and actually implement what theyve learned.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I would love courses specifically designed for Account Managers!

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing topics that are needed skills for sellers and making an engaging way to learn

  ### 31. Wish I had this training when I was a CSM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The most helpful part of pclub is the variety of courses they offer.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

At times, some of the material seems to be dragged out too much. Could be more concise.

The primary problem it is solving is helping me grow my skills in tech sales.

PClub has been very hands on in working with us to make sure their platform delivered to our success goals. The team is committed to making sure we are using the most applicable content and that our teams are applying what they learn in real life interactions.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Wish it had more content specifically titled for Product Specialist and Customer Success teams. There is content relevant to those roles but without the titles being linked to them Product Specialists and Customer Success team members think the content is not relevant to them. I know this is being addressed and I expect to see improvements in the near future.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PClub is helping us provide high caliber skills training and accountability.

  ### 39. Pclub.io Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The trainings pertains exactly to my role as a field AE.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

There is nothing I dislike about pclub.io.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge that the program is solving for me are deeper, more meaningful discovery sessions. As the most important of the sales cycle, it's paramount to be trained on how to ask the appropriate questions at the appropriate time.

  ### 40. Very satisfied with my experience, pclub.io perfectly meets my expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

  ### 41. Great for fundamentals + real world examples

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The biggest thing for me is the templates and use cases. Very easy to write a course of what "could" be done, but always appreciated that PClub courses included specific templates to put those tools into practice.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Courses sometimes feel repetitive and focus too much on the "teacher" of the session.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Widely used across our team for enablement training - and new rep onboarding. Great for building fundamentals, particularly if parts of the sales cycle are new to you.

  ### 42. Best Sales Training available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Global Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

The coverage of high quality content is second to none. But, the real value is in the courses that Chris himself teaches, especially discovery. We've been able to increase the overall capability of our team, the quality of our pipeline and time to close as a result.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

More content from Chris would be great! But, I really not a lot to improve.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales person upskilling and enablement across critical areas aligned to their role.

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

I like the different courses they offer for all sorts of things I need help with and the quality of the teaching is very high

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Every now and then I click on a link to download a file and get an error message. Not a big deal and usually works the second time.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I lack certain sales skills that hold me back from being a better seller

  ### 45. Been a game changer for me!

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to become a better SaaS seller. Increasing my win rates & deal size.

  ### 46. I watch Pclub every week and they keep adding new courses!

The AI skills platform is really well done.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The live coaching It’s not in APAC time zone

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, it’s helping my solving the challenges of being a founding AE

* no sales process or scripts or very little direction.

So doing the courses from Pclub helps me form this material faster.

  ### 47. Fantastic content for SaaS sellers. Highly relevant tactics and easy to apply scripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

The affordability. Most sales training is wildly overpriced for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The User Interface can be annoying to navigate at times.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Nothing to do with the content, but the UI on the site could be improved upon for clarity

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pclub is helping new reps in the Enterprise Sales space get up to speed quickly, and providing Senior reps additional tools to continue improving.

  ### 49. PClub training is good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

I am new in the role of Sales Manager and the company I work for was already signed up for pclub so I wanted make full use of the platform.
The courses are really relevant for any sales person and you get great support from your account manager with supplementary materials to help with recap session etc

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

It is very "american" for those of us in the UK and some of the training is a few years old so slightly out of date

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training for the team

  ### 50. ACTIONABLE skill development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom J. | Enterprise Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Pclub is a fantastic resource for true skill development. The content is focused on soft & hard skills and deployment of those skills throughout the sales cycle... this is not sales process or methodology, it is something much more impactful.

I've been using Pclub for years - the first SaaS disco masterclass helped me transition from pre sales into sales. Now as a EAE the courses have helped me in strategic $xxM deals from multi threading, to building champions and business cases, and working with procurement to win big deals.

World class content and world class team - cannot recommend these guys enough!

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

1. Would be nice to have a mobile app with downloaded content for business travel.

2. Additional VIP sessions would be great, but it's awesome Chris gives his time back to the community.

3. Better organization of content library - filters are nice addition, but maybe a landing page that shows what you've watched, what you've started, % completed, etc. would be helpful for easier navigation.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upskill my sales knowledge, build a better pipeline and win more deals
