When compared to similar services it is the fastest and has the best user experience. When you try to release and connect again, you would find released devices as 'in-use'. While debugging many times developer tool, especially safari dev tools, don't work properly. If you close the dev tool once then it does not open again in the same session. You have to release and open another session in order to open dev tool again. **Recommendations to others considering Pcloudy:** Go for it. There are no good alternatives available in the market. There are a lot of features provided by pCloudy, but the ones which I personally like the most are: 1) Enables you to have a flexible device repository. We are using an in premise pCloudy setup which enables us to plug in any device to the pCloudy set up and start accessing the devices remotely with in minutes of plugging in the device with no additional costs. 2) Test Automation. PCloudy has an easy solution that allows you to execute your automation scripts on the pCloudy platform in an effective manner. **What do you dislike about Pcloudy?** At times the devices tend to be slow and have some lag when using them remotely over the web as compared to using them physically, but since the solution runs over a cloud based service this might be justified. However, there have been continuous improvement by pCloudy to improves the performance of the devices by the day so I am sure that this issue will be addressed in the near future. **What problems is Pcloudy solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) When testing an application using pCloudy additional NFRs such as CPU, Memory and Battery usage are also covered as part of the testing. 2) Since we have an in premise setup, PCloudy allows us to execute automation test cases on different device combinations of our choice. ### 12. For example we had a bug related to some particular Oppo phones who overridden default fonts of the app with system fonts. It was almost impossible to us to solve the bug without the usage of pCloudy (who has these many devices?!) **What do you dislike about Pcloudy?** The whole UI I think it can be improved a lot more. But I understand if that is not currently the focus as the main objective for now should be to provide a kickass product feature wise. **What problems is Pcloudy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are into app development for european clients. Leveraging pCloudy has helped us a lot in manual testing the apps in major phones which we know will be used by the target audience.
