## pCloud Reviews
  ### 1. Keeps Files Organized, Synchronized, and Easy to Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. In my daily work, I handle diet plans, consultation records, follow-up files, educational PDFs, presentations, and health awareness content, so I need a place where important files stay organized and easy to access. What I like best about pCloud is that it helps me keep everything in one place and makes file management much easier.

I like that I can store files, organize folders, synchronize documents across devices, and share files when needed. This is useful for managing healthcare documents, educational resources, and content creation files because I do not have to keep moving files manually between different systems. The sync feature is especially useful because updated files stay available wherever I need them. It is also useful for storing health awareness videos, educational media files, and content creation resources along with documents. Having photos, videos, PDFs, and other work files in one place makes everything easier to organize and access when needed.

Another thing I like is that it works well with larger files such as presentations, PDF resources, and educational materials. Folder organization is simple, and it is easy to find documents later when I need them. File sharing is also straightforward, which helps when sending resources or documents without relying only on email attachments. I use it regularly because many of my work files need to stay available across different devices. Getting started was easy, and the platform did not require much setup. Performance has been smooth while uploading files, synchronizing folders, accessing stored documents, and managing larger collections of files. Overall, pCloud helps me keep healthcare documents, educational resources, and content files organized, available, and easier to manage during regular work.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

When I upload a large number of files or folders together, synchronization can sometimes take longer than I expect. I occasionally need to wait before everything appears fully updated across folders and devices. Also, Working with larger folders can sometimes feel slower than smaller ones. When a folder contains many files, I occasionally notice that browsing and loading takes a little more time.

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of keeping important files organized and available across different devices without manually moving them from one place to another. Earlier, documents, educational resources, presentations, PDFs, and other work files were stored in different folders and systems, which made them harder to manage and keep updated.

Now I can keep files stored in one place and access them whenever needed. The synchronization feature helps keep documents updated across devices, which reduces the need to maintain multiple copies of the same file. This makes file management more organized and easier to handle during regular work.

It also helps when storing larger files and archived documents that need to remain available for future use. File sharing is more organized, and important documents are easier to locate when needed. Backup features also help reduce the effort of keeping extra copies of files separately. Overall, it helps save time, improves file organization, and makes important documents and resources easier to access and manage during daily work.

  ### 2. A cloud storage - just what I was looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egor U. | Bandmaster, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

pCloud lets you sync, back up, and store files with ease. You get a virtual drive in Finder, and it behaves like another folder on your computer. You can also purchase military-grade encryption for the Crypto folder.

File syncing between your computer and your pCloud online account is SUPER fast - almost as fast as working locally on my Mac. It honestly doesn’t feel like cloud storage at all. It also has a great iPhone app, plus a built-in scanner.

I’ve now removed Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive from my Mac, backed everything up with pCloud, and doing that has also noticeably reduced my RAM usage.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

While you can back up Dropbox, Google Drive, Facebook, and OneDrive, there isn’t really universal management, and you can’t move files from one of those storage services to another.

It’s also a little costly for those who pay monthly.

The mobile app scanner needs improvement. It doesn’t have many settings, and it doesn’t remember the settings you used last time.

Public links for sharing look pretty ugly, and there’s no link shortener.

**Recommendations to others considering pCloud:**

Great modern online storage that will offload your drive and make it into a virtual drive as fats as your built-in drive! Great and fast support!

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the limited 500 GB SSD on my iMac, I can move all my storage-heavy files to pCloud. It’s really easy to do directly from Finder. It offloads files from my computer, but it still feels like everything is right there on it. The web interface is great, too.

Sharing files is just as simple, and it also includes more advanced sharing options like password protection, link expiry, and link branding.

  ### 3. pCloud the affordable sync and backup solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mureed a. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

It is complete sync and backup for all your devices: computer, mobile, and I have used it to back up my server using the WebDAV option in WHM. pCloud offers a 2 TB lifetime offer which makes it the best affordable solution and can be upgraded when needed and shared among your family.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

pCLoud Drive on Microsoft Windows has a problem when trying to sync large files; it may damage the file and some other files while syncing it; this happened to me; in addition, pcloud WebDAV cannot handle large files while using it as a backup solution.

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing files between five members of my family and sharing work files between my company employees, also providing my customers with a link to upload their files and arrange them by date saves our days.

  ### 4. Great Lifetime Deal: Simple Interface, Reliable Sync, and Peace of Mind Backups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

Great lifetime deal which I purchased some years back. I upload everything to it. Interface is simple to use. Syncs files on my devices. Gives me peace of mind that I've got a back up of my files if anything happens.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

If you put files in Crypto then you have to download them you can't view online.

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure my files are safely uploaded and synced so I can use across multiple devices when necessary and to make sure that if anything happened to my laptop I'd have my files safely elsewhere. This has helped me out a time or two in the past.

  ### 5. Reliable and Secure Cloud Storage with Great Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

pCloud’s strongest advantage for me is the balance between fast performance, strong file security, and simple usability. I really like that it offers lifetime storage as an option, which makes it more cost-effective in the long run. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and uploading large files is noticeably faster compared to many other cloud services I’ve used. The ability to sync multiple folders and access everything smoothly across devices has been extremely convenient.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

One drawback is that pCloud could improve its built-in collaboration features. While the core storage functionality is excellent, real-time document collaboration is limited, and sometimes I have to rely on external tools. Another minor issue is that the mobile app occasionally feels slower when loading large previews. These aren’t major problems, but fixing them would make the experience even better.

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pCloud helps me centralize all my important files—especially photos—and keeps them accessible from any device. It solves the problem of fragmented storage because I no longer need external drives or multiple cloud accounts. Its strong encryption and file-versioning features help protect important data and recover older versions when needed. Overall, it improves my workflow by keeping everything organized and backed up in one secure place.

  ### 6. Reliable and secure cloud storage with flexible features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sidath P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about pCloud?**

I really appreciate the lifetime storage option and the flexibility pCloud provides in terms of plans and usage. The built-in media player makes it easy to stream music and videos directly from the cloud, while file versioning and backup options ensure I don’t lose important data. The pCloud Drive feature also allows me to save space on my computer by storing large files online without affecting my local storage.

**What do you dislike about pCloud?**

Although pCloud is excellent overall, some features like pCloud Crypto require an additional paid upgrade instead of being included in standard plans. Customer support, while responsive, could be faster, especially when dealing with more technical questions. Also, the initial sync for very large folders can be a bit slow, though afterward the performance is smooth.

**What problems is pCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pCloud has helped me consolidate my personal and professional files into a single secure platform. For photo management, it allows me to back up and organize my photos without worrying about device storage limits. For work, it simplifies sharing large files with colleagues and clients, eliminating the need for email attachments or external drives. The selective sync and pCloud Drive features help me save local storage space, while version history ensures I can recover older versions of files when needed. Overall, it has reduced storage costs, improved data security, and streamlined collaboration.
