What do you like best about PBXware?

Competitive range of base UC functionality, option for multitenant platform, well suited to our hosted MSP offering. Supports integration with teams and other leading platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PBXware?

Behind the market leaders in the contact centre space - not a major issue for us as we have other solutions in that area but still a negative. ore seamless teams integration without the need for additional middleware woudl also be useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PBXware?

PBXware is very feature rich, affordable and easy to use. I also like the fact that administrative privilages is very powerful compared to other platforms.

It is easy to train support staff on the platform.

Bicom support is very good and readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PBXware?

Glocom incompatibility with Huawaei devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
