It’s built for offices that live on the phone, especially healthcare practices and accounting and tax firms. These teams need calls answered, texts kept in one shared inbox, and a fax line that still works. Calling Every user gets an extension and a local phone number. Toll-free numbers are available too. Auto attendants (IVR), ring groups and shared voicemail Call queues where a caller can choose a callback instead of holding Conference rooms and intercom paging E911 addresses registered for each extension Business texting SMS and MMS from your business numbers, included on every plan Texting campaigns registered for 10DLC, with automatic STOP/HELP replies Fax Send and receive faxes in the app, included on every plan Integrations Two-way Google Contacts sync Alerts for unanswered texts in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat and Discord Plans and terms Essentials and Business plans are priced per user.
