PayTraQer is Very easy to setup and insanely easy to use. I have used this product with a couple of different clients and platforms and you will not find a better product for the price. The support staff, whom I have worked with several times, are knowledgeable on the software and very responsive. We managed to easily integrate and automate the payments received through Stripe and Amazon. For our specific use case, what we find most helpful are the customization rules that allow you to determine how the payments that are imported get treated when synced to the accounting software. We use QBO, and Paytraqer makes it easy to take single payments from different consumers and associate those payments with our specific corporate clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish that they gave you more customization rules per package tier. Having more rules would allow for a lot more flexibility that other businesses could benefit from. The customization rules are relatively limited, with the most common tier offering only 10 rules. We currently use 9/10 rules. This is something that does not have anything to do with the help I sought today. When I look at the screen of transactions to be synced I wish I had the choice of more than 10 transactions on the screen. Many websites allow you to scale down to 10 or scale up to even 100. Sometimes we have many sales in one day and Ican only sync 10 at a time. I can't even check 10 on one page and the go to another page to check another 10 because as soon as I leave the first page, they become unchecked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit of a tricky challenge to get the mapping done properly. If you have any customization into the Quickbooks fields your are trying to map to, the format of your dates and small things like that will trip you up.
