What do you like best about PayTraQer?

Manikandan S was very helpful in resolving the customer ID sync issue and provided quick responses through email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayTraQer?

Paytraqer suddenly wasn't syncing properly the payments. Manik explained how different settings worked and he helped to tailor my account. The negative I found was that it was slow in syncing when done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayTraQer?

I would be great if PayTraqer could provide notification if the automation service is unknowingly turned off. This would be helpful when reconciling our clearing account as there have been instances where automation was off and several days of transactions did not sync. Additionally it would be valuable if our payment processor's merchant fees could be automically classed and customer assigned when syncing with our accounting system. As this feature is currently unavailble in PayTraQer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
