I have been using paytm since last 3 to 4 years. It is a great app to do online payment. you can use everything for payment like UPI , credit cards , debit cards , net banking etc. online payment is very smooth with paytm and also you can use paytm wallet by which you do not have to put your pin every time you can just pay by your wallet. you can pay for broadband, electricity, prepaid, postpaid bills very easily and also booking for travelling by bus, train, flight and movie ticket booking everything become very smooth. There was no reminder sent for the Min KYC expiry, all of a sudden while recharging they pop up to complete Full KYC. First I tried their Video KYC, no use and the KYC wasn't completed. I requested for a door step KYC, an executive from their partner eCom Express called me and said he will visit my address, but no one turned up. I visited in person to their partner shop, they conveyed Paytm server is down. I tried couple of other stores which always remain closed. I have been writing to their support in vein. I love Paytm because it has all the payments services of my needs like DTH recharge, mobile recharge both Prepaid and Postpaid, Utility Bill payment, Google Play recharge and gift cards of local and popular brands. It also has Credit Card bill payment feature, e-challan payment feature to pay for my challans, Gas and Water bill payment etc which makes Paytm an all-in-one payments platform for many uses. The best thing about Paytm is that I can get Help from Paytm Customer Support very easily in minutes. If in case I find any unauthorized transaction on my account or if there is an issue with any payment like funds not being transferred to the receivers account, then I can easily get my money refunded back to my Paytm account.
