What do you like best about Paytm Business?

Describe the project or task Paytm Business helped with:

Paytm has helped me in carrying out my day to day transaction with just a click, at my own convenience. My Student’s Parents pay me the tuition fee through paytm , which helps in keeping the best record of all these transactions without any complications and full security. Not only this I do use this app in making online payments of electricity bills , mobile recharge , for purchase of groceries etc. I believe that this is the most trustworthy, quick , convenient and easy to use app for customers. In my opinion this application has indeed contributed a lot in promoting the 'cashless economy ' goal in India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paytm Business?

Paytm helps in payment of bills, recharges, topups and money transfers with just a click at our own convenience.

I believe that this app is super easy to use , it becomes easy to transact with even street vendors due to its simplicity of transaction , best user interfaces and high acceptability . Paytm has Integration with a lot of websites ,companies and their apps which has made recharges , payment of bills , booking tickets , hotels ; paying fee and insurance premium just so quick and easy .

With paytm in our mobile there is no need ro Carry the debit card, credit card. The money transfer facility, net banking ,UPI and zero transactions cost are its added benefits that makes it popular.

Moreover paytm provides cash backs and discounts which is a big plus for its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paytm Business?

Customer support service of paytm isn't up to the mark. This app is used by a lot if people still the customer support service isn't that good.It takes at least 7 days to settle any issues with the transaction. Secondly without KYC , one cannot unlock full capabilities of Paytm services. So users in age groups of 15-18 cannot enjoy all the services.

Last thing that I feel should be worked upon by Paytm is its security, just in case a person doesn't put primary lock on his/her phone , anyone can use the paytm wallet .So I would suggest them to introduce their own paytm lock facilities, as secondary layer of security. What problems is Paytm Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to experience a lot of problem in keeping the record of fee payments by my tuition clients. With paytm I can now keep a proper record of all the fee records without any failure. It has become a way more convenient and secured means to keep all the records of my Accounts.

UI is easy to understand for everyone, and customer support is too good, always helping customers best possible way; UPI speed is excellent than other apps, rarely chances of stocking payments when we are using UPI payments, and almost everywhere available in the Indian market, market capture of Paytm is vast. What do you like best about Paytm Business?

Paytm Business is excellent and very easy to understand. Any business can quickly adopt and integrate payment options with our company, and it provides so many payment options for collecting payments from customers. The App interface is clean and easy to understand, transactions fees is reasonable also, settlement speed is too good, and provide high-class customer support, POS and UPI services are really great compare than others. What do you like best about Paytm Business?

Paytm literally has everything that you might be looking for, be it booking Movie Tickets, Flight Tickets as well as Rail Tickets. You can pay your mobile bills, your electricity bills, renew your vehicle insurance, credit card bills and so much more. While booking movie tickets and flight tickets, Paytm does charge a convenience fee which is fairly acceptable, but is considerably high. I feel, that if the convenience was a bit less, I would never hesitate to carry out all my transactions through Paytm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paytm also has a UPI option available which links my Paytm to my bank account. I used to get my office reimbursements via Bank cheques earlier which used to take 2 to 3 working days to get cleared. Ever since Paytm has been launched, it is also adopted by the company I work and now I get my salary through Paytm UPI which transfers the amount directly to my bank account in a split second. What do you like best about Paytm Business?

One of the best things about Paytm is that it is very easy to use and can be used by anyone and from any part of India with a stable network connection. Other than this, the payments you make are very much secure and have no chances of any fraud.

There is not a lot to dislike in Paytm, but yes, sometimes it takes some time to complete your payment, and if your payment is not completed then you have to wait for

I make all my payments through Paytm in no time, so it becomes very easy for me to save time. Also, If I need any kind of loan, I can get it through Paytm
