What do you dislike about Paystand?

Sometimes there are bugs or random issues that occur, and they can be frustrating. For example, check images from the lockbox may be missing, or credit card fee entries might not show up in NetSuite. Also, at times the engineering team takes too long to act on requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
