What do you like best about Payroll Relief?

Really the price is the only good thing about the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payroll Relief?

The price sounds attractive until you look at the amount of risk that you are asked to take on in regards to their tax calculations. The worst part about the software is the support. We canceled our subscription almost a year ago, let three different people know, and they still charged us a recurring amount. We ended up going with one of the largest national payroll providers and using their partner program and in the end it saved us money and headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Payroll Relief?

Price is probably the best thing about Payroll Relief. They do offer automatic payroll tax payments and filings for federal forms and many state forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payroll Relief?

Their customer service is very hit and miss. Sometimes they are very helpful and friendly, other times it's impossible to get ahold of them and then they don't know how to help. The software seems to go down more than I would like. Once or twice a month, it seems I am not able to log in to the software. They don't offer automated tax payments and filings for all states, so I have to file and pay some of those manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
