Payroll Africa is cloud-based payroll and HR software that manages employee payments, tax compliance, and workforce administration. It processes salaries, deductions, leave requests, tax calculations, and payslip generation via web and mobile interfaces. The SARS-aligned tax engine handles PAYE, UIF, and SDL calculations, producing audit-ready documentation and EMP201/IRP5 filings for SARS e@syFile. Bank payment files compatible with major banks eliminate manual beneficiary entry. Automated payroll runs execute monthly processing, delivering results via email or WhatsApp. An employee portal provides secure access to payslips and employment info. Supporting multiple pay cycles, unlimited companies, and employees, it integrates with Xero for journal posting. Operating in six African countries, it offers migration services from systems like Sage and PaySpace, preserving historical pay data through CSV imports.
