PR makes it simple to pay team members and is top notch in response time and edcuation if needed by our PR conctacts. Payroll simplified. **What do you dislike about PayReel Online?** I think our org just has a tremendous amount of work that funnels through so I'm not sure how it happens but there are times where the wrong person or timesheet is attached to the wrong approver and or job number. Not that that's a dislike, but an observation. It'd be great if PR had an app which I believe may be coming? And a clean way to pull everything up that should be paid and has been paid by job number. This ties into the first, sometimes not always accurate. **What problems is PayReel Online solving and how is that benefiting you?** The entire payroll process. I work for a non-profit and the process for hiring freelance creatives would take a couple of months to go through our legal and payroll team. With PayReel, we cut this process down to 2-3 weeks! Very efficient and user friendly. The interface is familiar and intuitive. It was easy for new hires to setup and submit weekly timesheets for for me to approve. The customer service is also top-notch. Our organization's PayReel agent has reminders dialed in and very supportive if any questions arise. **What do you dislike about PayReel Online?** My tasks with PayReel is to approve weeky timesheets for freelance hires. I have no dislikes to report. Onboarding contractors is painless and account managers are very responsive when the rare issue comes up. **What do you dislike about PayReel Online?** The UI could be a little more user friendly with regard to onboarding and the I9 Verifications.
