The team is fantastic to work with. The software is totally user friendly. We run an HVAC and electrical construction company with 14 field technicians. Every tech is able to work from their tablet to collect payment after the work is performed. Once our office staff loads the customer information into the portal, our techs are able to do the rest on site. This allows for positive cash flow on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Payra?** On the payments tab, the drop down menu does not have an option for yesterday. I balance my checkbook daily. Having this feature would save a little time. When exporting payments, there are too many fields that are not necessary. Being able to select the export information with only the information you need would be amazing. The system allows you to setup the same customer multiple times without any warning. Yes, there is a merge option however, being warned that the customer already exists would be a much better option. **What problems is Payra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accounts receivable while on site. Our team does not have to spend hours on the phone trying to collect payment. Also, it does not give the customer any leverage to dispute the charge when the money is collected on site. ### 2. It is easily integrated into my ERP system, Payra connected and started working instantly. All questions were answered as quickly as possible. Pricing is minimal compared to having to hire an extra employee for receivables. **What do you dislike about Payra?** The only downside to Payra would be the customers who will not use Payra to make their payments and their Customer Portal. **What problems is Payra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Payra it was a time-consuming, daily struggle to keep all incoming payments and deposits recorded. With Payra this has been eliminated. Payra does all the work. ### 3. The team at Payra made the entire process so smooth. I love the help videos they provide on their portal. The monthly fee is the most reasonable price ever. **What do you dislike about Payra?** I have not found one thing that I dislike at this time. **What problems is Payra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payra has solved the wait time for checks to arrive in the mail. The postal service has become very undependable. The customers approve of the invoice availability and the easiness of paying online, ### 5. Customer support is also levels above other service companies. **What do you dislike about Payra?** Not much at all. My client would prefer some more robust reporting download capabilities, but it seems like even that is being developed. **What problems is Payra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatic periodic overdue invoice notifications.
