My company work with PayPro team more than 10 years. All time we got best support and helping in all saling cases. Support team works very fast - we got a reply usually in 2 hours after make a request. Perfect fraud-checking help us to prevent leacking ordered licenses and keep our time for development. PayPro supports all local taxes for our customers, provides invoices to customers and needed local documents (like W8ben, etc). What do you like best about PayPro Global?

I am an independent developer, selling licenses for my programs since 2004. I started with ShareIt, then there was eMetrix (it doesn't exist anymore), Plimus. And finally, for over five years now, I have been using PayProGlobal. I switched to it on the advice of colleagues, they told me that I would be surprised at how responsive they are. Honestly, I was used to support from such services not responding for days. But PayProGlobal really responds almost instantly. And it's not just generic responses, it's always addressing the issue at hand. A recent example: I needed to arrange an additional agreement to the contract for changing bank details. And what do you think? The issue was resolved within a day! Not to mention that their system allows you to have separate accounts for the main currencies, which helps avoid losses associated with conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the core things work well, checkout seems to convert effectively and customers seem happy.

What do you like best about PayPro Global?

I looked for an e-commerce solution for our IT product company ten years ago, but instead found an e-commerce partner who handles a large number of tasks related to payment processing.

When I switched from another platform, the list of PPG advantages grew by about 20 points. And the majority of them were critical to my business. At the moment, they cover all my requirements as an e-commerce platform.

Any unusual or non-standard questions are answered. From two minutes (in the web-chat) to two days (email, skype). But they are always resolved.

That is a significant advantage of PayPro Global. And I believe it is unrivaled. I always feel like PPG is my partner or my own department because there are no unanswered questions or unfinished e-commerce tasks, and I hope that we will grow with them or they will grow with us:) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
