And I can't refund my actual amount fee to sellers

. And one problem I am always facing account limitations. I am Indian in my country we all are who using PayPal for international payments.

We always face account limitations, account can be temporary limited or frozen.

They give the reason they are feel unusual activity but in most of the case like 60-70%

User's don't have any unusual activity.they only use for company projects payment.freelancig , youtube payments.

I use PayPal Payments to make secure payments to any online store that accepts it.
