I like the simplicity of PayPal Payments, combined with strong security, especially for international payments from India. The standout feature for me is how easy and safe cross-border transactions are, allowing me to send and receive payments globally without worrying about sharing my bank or card details. PayPal acts as a secure layer in between, which gives a lot of confidence. I also appreciate the speed, as payments are usually processed much faster compared to traditional bank transfers, and the transaction status is very clear and transparent. I like the transaction history and record keeping, as every payment is properly recorded, making it easy to manage finances, check past transactions, or use the records for reference if needed. What do you dislike about PayPal Payments? A few things about PayPal Payments don't work perfectly for me and could definitely be improved, especially from an India-based user perspective. High fees for international transactions and currency conversion can be expensive. More transparent and lower fees would be a big improvement. Also, slow withdrawals to Indian banks can take longer than expected. Limited customer support is another issue I face, as reaching support and getting quick resolutions can be difficult at times. Additionally, account limitations can occur without clear explanations, leaving the resolution process unclear. Fast, smooth transfer of payments. It takes no time to receive or send funds (whether personal or business). Easy to pay with. It's also easy to link cards and bank accounts. Having a mobile vesrion is also a plus. It's one of my go tos when wanting to receive a payment from a client as a freelancer. It makes payment hassle a smooth experience. Whenever it goes to read my facial scan id for my passkey, it makes itself start over again in a loop and scans about 4-5 times before it eventually logs me in.
