I like PayPal Payments because the money goes in immediately, so my cash flow is smooth. Additionally, it's safe because there is Seller Protection. There was a client who complained, but because I sent proof of work via PayPal, my funds remained safe and were not charged back. The initial setup is also easy, completed in 15 minutes, although the ID verification and adding a bank account were a bit confusing, but there are guides available. I also appreciate how fast the transfer process is when receiving payments from clients, and overall, I rate the ease of use of PayPal Payments for freelancers like me an 8 out of 10. As a freelancer, the transaction fee of 4.4% + $0.30 per payment from foreign clients is quite a cut. Then, the PayPal exchange rate when withdrawing to a local bank is Rp 100-200 worse compared to the Google rate, so if you withdraw $100, you could lose Rp 20,000. In my country, Italy. And, the other thing is there should be a payment plan. Like, there is an option for pay in three installments, but it's not available for me.
