One customers are allow the option to pay by ACH, there should be a clear message to the customer that there may be delays in the payment. Sometimes delays in the payment cause delays in production. I found it pretty useful, specifically if the client uses PayPal themselves. I think it's a good channel to have as one of your payment options or invoicing options. It's easy to use and the interface is good. Specifically here in Italy compared to other options, it's one of the most easy to use platforms. The whole experience with setting it up and using it was much, much easier compared to Super Bill IT, where the interface is a bit old and not so clear and only in Italian. If a client doesn't use PayPal or isn't familiar with the platform, it can be a bit not ideal. I'd say the adaptability with non-PayPal users could be improved. I'm also not sure if they offer official, approved digital signatures, which you sometimes have to use for entities here. And I don't know if it's fully integrated into the Italian ecosystem.
