We used Braintree's Marketplace product, and it was perfect for us. There's no extra charge when paying one person, and you can easily keep a portion of the transaction in your own Merchant Account. There are some features that I wish Marketplace had like allowing you to pay multiple sub-merchants on on transaction. It also wasn't very simple to track the income of different sub-merchants in the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is difficult to navigate when you are looking at a customer profile. It is hard to refund the customer and ensure the subscription has been cancelled because you have to go to multiple pages to ensure the client does not get another charge to their card on file the next year. 1) Customer Service - The customer service was exceptional. When we first started using Braintree we had a lot of questions and they had no problem with answering them all. It is hard to find good customer service anymore and I respect Braintree for putting in such an effort to achieve high customer service.

1) Set Up - Set up took a lot longer than expected and required more time than originally suggested. This caused a major set back which could have been detrimental to the company. However, Braintree worked to fix the problem asap.
