As a new Walmart reseller, I had to wait six long months to receive my first payment, which was wired directly to my Payoneer account. However, when I finally attempted to withdraw my funds, Payoneer unexpectedly closed my account without any explanation. Their customer support is limited to chat and email, making it nearly impossible to get timely assistance. I submitted all the required documents, yet I still have not received any clarity on why my account was closed or how to access my funds. I worked incredibly hard to earn that money, and after waiting so long to be paid by Walmart, I found myself in a tough spot, owing money to my suppliers and credit card companies. When I reached out to Payoneer for help and guidance on withdrawing the funds from my closed account, I received no assistance whatsoever. What kind of company operates like this? It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. How can they close my account while still holding my funds? After enduring such a long wait to get paid by Walmart, Payoneer is now making it nearly impossible for me to access the money that is rightfully mine. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I am now in a difficult position, needing to withdraw this money to pay my suppliers. I am trying to get a payment through Payoneer, and so far the experience has been terrible. I tried to withdraw to my bank, and discovered that the withdrawal was to an old account that has been closed. With competent payment processors, that transaction would have failed and rolled back immediately. Payoneer however thinks that the transfer succeeeded and wants me to wait for two full weeks to get my paycheck. I end up with customer service reps who don't seem to understand the difference between a bank and a bank account, or that a tansfer to an account that does not exist can't work, yet they tell me to ask my bank to reject the transfer... which my bank has not of course seen, since the account is not valid. The customer service is poorly trained and Payoneer clearly does not care about its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I cannot withdraw or transfer money. Looks to me its like a scam. They hold money from clients without telling them whats going on. It doesnt matter how much it effect their business. No point of the customer support because they dont know whats happening internally. They will just say some scripted messages everytime. If you are running a business i wouldnt recommand this platform at this point. Im not able to withdraw money. I do not want to add bad reviews like this but they made do this with bad customer support and stealing my money. To check a account it doesnt take a month.
